PUERTO RICO / SAN JUAN IN THREE DAYS

Puerto Rico

Old San Juan streets, a fortress with a story, Condado dinners and beach time.

Discover it → Experience it → Plan it.
THE STORY

Three days, two neighborhoods, one fort.

I based myself in a beachfront condo, ate in Condado, wandered Old San Juan and finally went inside El Morro. It was a short trip with plenty to remember.

Start with my full San Juan story ↗.

01 / DISCOVER IT

History on every corner.

The fort and plazas have documented histories. La Rogativa and Capilla del Cristo also carry local legends, which I label as stories rather than established fact.

02 / EXPERIENCE IT

Old streets. Condado nights.

Three activity days from beach strolls and dinner at Ropa Grill to a picadera lunch, El Morro and pineapple cocktails in the sand.

Old San Juan.

The umbrella canopy, colorful buildings, the plaza and a walk around the fort.

Follow day two ↗

Condado and the beach.

Dinner within walking distance of the condo, then a little time with nowhere else to be.

03 / PLAN IT

Make the most of a short stay.

A walkable Condado base made the beach and dinner easy. Give Old San Juan a separate day on foot, and check fort details before you go.
