The Story Discover It Experience It Plan It Know Before You Go THE STORY The beach brought me here. The food kept me out late. I spent four days between Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood beaches, eating along the Broadwalk and following the waterfront after sunset.

01 / DISCOVER IT Canals, Las Olas and the Broadwalk. The New River gives Fort Lauderdale its waterway story; Hollywood’s brick Broadwalk gives a beach walk its own name.
02 / EXPERIENCE IT Beach days and dinner plans. Whole fish on the Broadwalk, a smoked cocktail at Why Not?, pasta by the ocean, and rooftop brunch at Terraza.
After the beach. Hollywood’s Bandshell at night, Las Olas at dusk, and the Grand Beach Hotel lobby in Miami Beach.
Follow the evening ↗ 03 / PLAN IT Make the four days your own. January gave me warm beach weather. An Airbnb worked as a base; rideshares connected Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Miami Beach.
